CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANYTIME
Yes. You can cancel at anytime from your account dashboard. Your benefits stay active until the end of your current billing period. No contracts, no lock-ins.
CAN I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can upgrade your membership at anytime through your account dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately, giving you access to higher savings and rewards straight away.
Downgrades aren't available during an active membership. If you'd like to move to a lower tier, you can cancel your current membership and re-join at a later time on a different plan. Please not that cancelling will reset all progression.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
When you cancel your membership, your progression end when you current billing period finishes. If you choose to rejoin in the future, progression will restart from the beginning. This ensures the system stays fair for all members and rewards consistent participation.
DO POINTS OR REWARDS EXPIRE?
Points will remain active while your membership is active. If a membership is cancelled, unused points won't expire and cannot be used until membership is active again.
