Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Due to the nature of consumable products, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products unless they are defective or otherwise in breach of consumer law.

If a return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is incorrect, damaged, or faulty upon arrival, GAINZ SOCIETY will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a replacement at no cost.

All refund and return requests must be submitted via email and may require photographic evidence or other verification to proceed. Requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and approval is at GAINZ SOCIETY's discretion.
