Supplement Products

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Due to the nature of consumable products, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products unless they are defective or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

If a return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is incorrect, damaged or faulty upon arrival, GAINZ SOCIETY will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

All product return and refund requests must be submitted via email and may require photographic evidence or other verification. Requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

GAINZ SOCIETY Membership

14-Day Refund Policy

GAINZ SOCIETY Memberships may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the membership has not been used.

A membership is considered used if any member-exclusive benefits have been accessed or redeemed, including (but not limited to):

Purchasing products using member pricing.
Accessing member-only pricing or exclusive membership benefits.
Using any other benefit available exclusively to GAINZ SOCIETY Members.

Once a membership has been used, it is no longer eligible for a refund under the 14-day refund policy.

Membership Savings Guarantee

We're confident that regular supplement users will save more than the cost of their membership.

If, after 12 months, your total member savings have not exceeded the cost of your annual GAINZ SOCIETY Membership, you may request a refund of your membership fee.

To be eligible, you must:

Have maintained an active GAINZ SOCIETY Membership for the full 12-month membership period.
Request your refund within 30 days of your membership expiry date.
Allow GAINZ SOCIETY to verify your purchase history and total member savings.

Refunds under the Membership Savings Guarantee apply only to the membership fee and do not apply to products purchased during the membership period.
