GAINZ SOCIETY Membership

GAINZ SOCIETY Membership is an annual membership that provides access to exclusive member pricing and other members-only benefits.

Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@gainzsociety.com.au.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current membership period. Once cancelled, no further membership payments will be charged.

Membership Refunds

14-Day Refund Policy

Memberships may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the membership has not been used.

A membership is considered used if any member-exclusive benefit has been accessed or redeemed, including (but not limited to):

Purchasing products using member pricing.
Accessing member-only pricing or exclusive membership benefits.
Redeeming member-exclusive offers or rewards.

Once a membership has been used, it is no longer eligible for a refund under the 14-day refund policy.

Membership Savings Guarantee

We're confident that GAINZ SOCIETY Membership provides genuine value to regular supplement users.

If, after your 12-month membership period, your total member savings have not exceeded the cost of your annual membership, you may request a refund of your membership fee.

To qualify for the Membership Savings Guarantee:

Your membership must have remained active for the full 12-month membership period.
Your total member savings must be less than the amount paid for your membership.
Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your membership expiry.
GAINZ SOCIETY will verify your purchase history and member savings before processing the refund.

This guarantee applies to the membership fee only and does not apply to products purchased during your membership.

Effect of Cancellation

Cancelling your membership stops future renewals only.

You'll continue to receive all membership benefits until the end of your current membership period.

Once your membership expires, access to member pricing and other member-exclusive benefits will end.
