Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

GAINZ SOCIETY offers recurring membership purchase options that provide access to exclusive pricing, loyalty benefits, and members-only features.

Cancelling a Membership
Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting us at support@gainzsociety.com.au.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Billing After Cancellation
Once a membership is cancelled, no further recurring charges will be applied. Members will continue to receive their membership benefits until the end of their current billing cycle.

Refunds
Membership fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Effect of Cancellation on Benefits
Upon cancellation, all membership benefits, including exclusive pricing, loyalty points accrual, and members-only access, will end at the conclusion of the active billing period.
Any unused loyalty points or benefits may expire in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Membership Progress
Membership savings progression is based on consecutive active billing periods.
If a membership is cancelled, any accumulated progress toward increased savings does not carry over. If a member later re-joins, savings progression will restart from the initial membership level.

Changes to Memberships
GAINZ SOCIETY reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership offerings with reasonable notice. Any changes will be communicated to active members.
