GAINZ SOCIETY offers shipping exclusively within Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within a standard processing window of 1–3 business days. The specific shipping method used is determined by the delivery location, order contents, and other logistical factors.

Shipping rates and eligibility for free or discounted shipping are determined based on a customer's membership tier and order value. These rates are clearly displayed at checkout and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. GAINZ SOCIETY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, or other unforeseen disruptions. Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to a delivery service, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
