TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GAINZ SOCIETY website, membership platform, product offerings, and any associated features and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Membership Structure
GAINZ SOCIETY offers an annual membership that provides members with access to exclusive member pricing across eligible supplement products. Membership is purchased for a fee of AUD $49.99 and remains active for 12 months from the date of purchase.
While a membership is active, members receive 30% off eligible supplement products storewide, unless otherwise stated. Discounts are applied automatically when members are logged into their account.
GAINZ SOCIETY may introduce, modify, or discontinue membership benefits, pricing, or eligibility requirements from time to time. Any such changes will not affect the core benefits of an active membership for the remainder of its current 12-month term unless required by law or otherwise stated in these Terms.
Membership benefits apply only while a membership is active and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Points
Points are a non-monetary digital reward system exclusive to active GAINZ SOCIETY members. Points may be earned through qualifying purchases, participation in promotional campaigns, or other approved activities, such as referrals, verified reviews, or community engagement. The volume of Points awarded and the qualifying criteria are determined solely by GAINZ SOCIETY and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
Points are account-specific, non-transferable, and have no redeemable cash value. Points may only be used within the platform for designated purposes, such as redeeming approved products in the member-only rewards store referred to as "REDEEMING." GAINZ SOCIETY may, at its discretion, introduce new ways to earn or use Points or alter existing Point-earning activities.
Points are only accessible to members with an active and valid subscription. Points may be revoked, adjusted, or forfeited in the event of returns, account misuse, cancellation of membership, or breach of these Terms. Inactivity, fraud, or other behavior deemed to undermine the integrity of the Point system may also result in forfeiture. Points may expire if unused within a specific timeframe, which will be communicated if applicable.
GAINZ SOCIETY reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Point system, including its structure, earning potential, and redemption options. Should the system be suspended or terminated, any remaining Points may be forfeited without compensation.
3. Occasional Loyalty Rewards
From time to time, GAINZ SOCIETY may offer special rewards or promotions exclusively to active members. These may include giveaways, exclusive bonuses, or limited-time draws designed to reward ongoing loyalty and engagement.
When a prize draw or giveaway is held, it will be conducted at random to ensure fairness. Winners will be contacted using the information provided in their membership account. If a winner does not respond or claim their prize within 14 days, GAINZ SOCIETY reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
All promotions are open only to residents of Australia aged eighteen (18) years or older, unless otherwise stated. Entry into any promotional event confirms that the participant meets eligibility requirements and consents to verification.
GAINZ SOCIETY may publicly announce winners by first name and general location, with member consent. Additional points may also be awarded for voluntary participation in member activities, surveys, or community features.
4. REDEEMING
REDEEMING is a member-exclusive online store in which Points can be redeemed for physical products. Access to The Vault is tiered according to membership level. While all active members may access Vault items.
Redeemable items may include, but are not limited to supplements, branded gear, and exclusive product releases. Items are available while supplies last, and GAINZ SOCIETY makes no guarantees regarding the availability, pricing (in Points), or continued listing of any product. Redemption values and item availability may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Redemptions must be accompanied by an active product order and cannot be submitted as standalone transactions. Any redemption that does not meet the purchase requirement may be cancelled or suspended until the qualifying conditions are fulfilled. All Vault redemptions are final and non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.
5. Shipping and Fulfillment
GAINZ SOCIETY offers shipping exclusively within Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within a standard processing window, with shipping speed and method determined based on order contents, delivery location, and other logistics factors. Shipping costs and eligibility for free or discounted rates are determined by the size of the customer’s order.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. GAINZ SOCIETY is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen disruptions. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to a delivery partner, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within a reasonable period following delivery, provided that the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Opened supplement products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-compliant with applicable Australian Consumer Law.
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Where a product is received damaged, incorrect, or faulty, GAINZ SOCIETY will cover the reasonable cost of replacement or return postage. All return, refund, and replacement requests are subject to review and may require photographic evidence or additional information.
Annual membership fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law or under the GAINZ SOCIETY Membership Savings Guarantee.
Under the Membership Savings Guarantee, if a member's total savings during their active 12-month membership period do not exceed the cost of their annual membership fee (AUD $49.99), the member may request a full refund of their membership fee by contacting support@gainzsociety.com.au post 30 days of their membership expiry.
Savings are calculated based on the difference between GAINZ SOCIETY's standard retail prices and the discounted member prices paid on eligible purchases during the active membership period. Shipping charges, gift cards, memberships, and purchases made outside the active membership period are excluded from this calculation.
7. Product Disclaimers
GAINZ SOCIETY does not manufacture the supplement products sold on its platform and does not make any health, therapeutic, or performance claims regarding these products. All supplement content, including descriptions, images, and ingredient information, is provided for general informational purposes only and must not be interpreted as medical advice. Customers are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to using any dietary supplement.
GAINZ SOCIETY does not collect or store health-related information and assumes no liability for any adverse reactions or outcomes arising from the use of third-party products.
8. Marketing and Communications
By joining GAINZ SOCIETY or placing an order, you consent to receiving marketing communications, promotional updates, and membership-related notifications. These may include announcements about prize draws, exclusive offers, or changes to services. Email communications are used for both transactional and marketing purposes and may include performance tracking for internal analysis.
GAINZ SOCIETY may participate in advertising campaigns and remarketing through digital platforms to reach its audience. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided.
9. Account Termination and Membership Cancellation
GAINZ SOCIETY reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any member account in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, misuse of Credits, manipulation of the prize draw system, or behavior that undermines the integrity of the community or platform.
Termination of a membership may result in the forfeiture of accumulated Credits, prize eligibility, and any pending Vault redemptions. GAINZ SOCIETY also reserves the right to revoke member discounts or access to exclusive features if terms are breached.
10. Data and Privacy
GAINZ SOCIETY uses external services and providers to operate its website, manage orders, process transactions, and facilitate communications. While user data may be shared with these trusted service providers for operational purposes, it is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties. All data is managed in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

11. Additional Legal Notices
GAINZ SOCIETY may, at any time, expand its product offerings to include proprietary branded supplements, digital programs, or other services. These additions may be governed by supplemental terms or conditions, which will be disclosed at the time of release.
User-generated content such as reviews or testimonials submitted to the platform must be based on genuine personal experience and must not include profanity, hate speech, or misleading information. GAINZ SOCIETY reserves the right to approve or remove any submitted content at its discretion.
12. Screenshotting & Confidentiality
All savings, pricing and member-only offers within GAINZ SOCIETY are strictly confidential and exclusive to members. Sharing, screenshotting, recording, or distributing content outside the platform is prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership, without refund. GAINZ SOCIETY may use tracking measure (such as watermarks or identifiers) to detect leaks and reserve the right to take further action such as breach cause reputational or commercial harm.
