GAINZ SOCIETY Monthly Membership Giveaway Terms and Conditions This promotion is conducted by GAINZ SOCIETY PTY LTD (ACN 685 542 554) GAINZ SOCIETY is offering an ongoing promotional giveaway in which one winner will be selected each calendar month to receive a complimentary twelve (12) month Society Membership (“Prize”). The promotion is ongoing and does not currently have a specified end date. GAINZ SOCIETY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. Entry into the promotion is free. To enter, participants must submit the giveaway entry form available on the GAINZ SOCIETY website and provide a valid email address along with a response to the question, “How much do you spend on supplements per month?”. Only one entry per person per monthly draw is permitted. By submitting an entry, participants agree to be contacted by GAINZ SOCIETY in relation to the promotion and related communications. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and reside in Australia at the time of entry. GAINZ SOCIETY reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that is deemed to be fraudulent, incomplete, or submitted in error. One winner will be selected each calendar month by GAINZ SOCIETY at its sole discretion. The draw will typically take place on or around the final day of each calendar month. The decision of GAINZ SOCIETY in relation to the selection of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize consists of a twelve (12) month Society Membership provided at no cost to the winner. The Prize covers the standard membership fee only and does not include the cost of products, shipping, or any other charges that may apply. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other alternative. Membership benefits remain subject to GAINZ SOCIETY’s standard membership terms and conditions in effect at the time. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, or declines the Prize, GAINZ SOCIETY reserves the right to select another winner. By entering the promotion, the winner agrees that GAINZ SOCIETY may announce their first name and general location for promotional purposes in connection with the giveaway. No compensation will be provided for such use. GAINZ SOCIETY accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in the promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. GAINZ SOCIETY is not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or interruptions that may affect entry submission or the conduct of the promotion.
